Refund policy

Portal is a monthly membership with no commitment. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If Portal isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment, not to renewals.

Renewal payments aren't automatically refundable — cancelling before your renewal date is always free and instant. That said, if a renewal went through in circumstances that feel unfair (for example, you cancelled but were still charged, or you were double-charged), contact us and we'll make it right.

Payments are handled by our payment provider, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
